This special class on Valentine's Day explores the yoga and meditation to let your heart take flight so you can experience a joy that radiates in you, to you, and through you. Practice a meditation where you place light on the altar of your heart, feed it with a consciousness breath, and vibrate sound currents of infinity to let your heart soar.

With a light and open heart we experience a sense of the infinite and discover a wholeness which brings us inner peace.

A long Gong relaxation is also included.

The meditations clean out the subconscious mind so you can feel fresh and new. This spring series is just the thing to de-clutter and become empowered and revitalized.
